Palace Hand is a unique martial art from Okinawa, Japan, that has only recently become available to Westerners. It was designed 450 years ago, to be an all around martial art that would prepare members of the royal household on the island of Okinawa to control civil unrest, to escape capture, and for use on the battlefield.
