You are also welcome to try a class but please give us a call first. Sorry, you can't jump into a sword class or tuidi class to try it, but you can watch all you'd like. These classes are demanding to teach and require preparation.

Family discount (living in the same household) is 30% off for the second member and 50% off for a third.

We are located across from a large CVS pharmacy (near Fogarty Rehab Hospital). We are in the same plaza as Curves, Early Riser, Weight Watchers and Lotus Thai Restaurant. Drive around the back and you will find us in a quiet spot away from the street.
